Born in London, UK, Dr. Tsionou was admitted and graduated from the Medical School for the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. She specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology and obtained a PhD from the University of Athens. She held a post doctorate fellowship in prevention, diagnosis, surgery, and adjuvant therapy of breast diseases in The Joint Center for Radiation Therapy (JCRT)- Harvard Medical School, Boston USA. Dr. Tsionou is the head of the department of Breast Disease in MATERNITY-HEALTH women’s health center and director of the Breast Clinic at MITERA Hospital, Athens, Greece.
Dr. Papaioannou was admitted and graduated from the Medical School of the University of Thessaloniki. He specialized in Pathology and Cytology at “Evagelismos” General Hospital, Athens, Greece. He held a fellowship in cytology and diagnosis of fine needle aspirations at the St. Mary’s Hospital, London, UK. He is vice director of the pathology department at the Hygeia Hospital, Athens.
Dr. Karali was admitted and graduated from the Medical School of the University of Athens. She trained and worked in the area of molecular medicine and genetics at the Children’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA. She directs research laboratory in the Institute of Biomedical Research of the Academy of Athens, Athens, Greece.
